How Do I Register and Pay For Online Training Courses?

Once you have identified a course in which you would like to participate, click the Register button next to the course, review the full course information, enter the registration information requested, and click Continue and Proceed to PAY for the course. You have multiple payment options; You may pay for the course by using your PayPal account or by entering a credit card details, or Bank Transfer. In either case, ASTC does not store any information related to your credit card or PayPal account.

Upon completing the registration/payment process, you will receive an email confirming your registration along with instructions on how to join your training session. You will also receive follow-up confirmation emails one week in advance of your training, one day in advance of your training, and one hour in advance of your training.

How Do I Connect To My Online Training Session?

After you register for an event, you will receive a course confirmation email. To connect to your online training session, simply click on the designated link in that email message. You will find it in the “How To Join The Training” section of the email message.

How Much Each Online Live Program Cost?

Prices can vary for online training Courses. You can view the Standard price for each course in the course catalog but definitely web-based programs cost far less than the traditional class room cost plus no travelling, no accommodation and other associated costs will be generated.

How Do I Hear The Audio Portion Of My Online Training?

You have two options for listening to the audio portion of your online training. Both of these options are described in detail in the “How To Join The Training” section of the confirmation email you received for the course.

The first option is to listen through your computer’s audio system. To utilize this option, select “Use Mic & Speakers” after you join the training session.

The second option is to dial-in to the online training event using your phone. Your confirmation email will include the phone number to dial and the access code to use for your event. Please note that this is not a toll-free call.

We recommend using Computer’s Audio System and for this you should have Head phone or Microphone Headphone.

How Early May I Login To My Online Training Session?

You may login to your online training session up to thirty minutes in advance of the designated start time. You are advised to login minimum 15 minutes before the session starts.

Will I Receive Course Material?

Yes, we provide you with an electronic copy of the course materials prior to the event. You will also have the option to download the materials during /before the session. Once the session is over, might the materials will no longer be available.

Is a webcam necessary?

NO, it’s all depends on your comfort. If you would like to turn on the webcam you can otherwise attendee webcam is not mandatory. Instructor will use the webcam and you can interact him anytime through any medium explained earlier (audio/Video/chat).

If I Register For An Event, Can I Later Cancel That Registration And Receive A Refund?

Yes, you can cancel your registration up until 24 hours before the time a course begins and receive a full refund. To do so, click the “Cancel Your Registration” link on your confirmation email.

What If I Am Not Satisfied With Your Online Training?

If a participant is not completely satisfied with ASTC course, ASTC will refund participant registration fees (conditions apply if had done the major area of the program). All that is necessary is for the participant to contact ASTC via phone (+971 4 221 1141) or email at We will promptly issue a refund. (*Conditions Applied)

What Training Platform Do You Use To Deliver Your Web-Based Trainings?

ASTC is proud to use the GoToTraining solution from LogMeIn as the training platform for our online training events. This solution works with virtually all computers and provides an exceptional learning environment for online training participants.

Can I Participate in an Online Training Session Using My IPad, IPhone, Windows or Android devise?

Yes, if you would like to participate in our Programs using IPad, IPhone, or Android then, you can do so by first downloading the GoToTraining app from the App Store. Then, use the app to connect to the Session.  

Note that if you are connecting from a Windows-based computer, GoToTraining will automatically launch into session.

Can I test whether My Computer Will Work/support With Your Training Platform?

Prior to participating in an online training event, you can test your computer to ensure that you will not have any difficulties connecting to the session. To do so click here  or watch YouTube tutorial of GoToTraining attendee quick start.


Can I Ask Questions During One Of Your On-Line Training Events?

Yes, you can ask questions of your instructor at any time during the training session.. While participating in an event, you will see a “Chat” pane on your screen. Simply type your question into the Chat pane and your instructor will answer it during the session. Only the instructor will be able to see your question.

Will I Receive A Completion Certificate Upon Completing An Online Training Course?

Within twenty four hours after you complete the online event, you will receive an email message containing your course completion certificate.
